Not Just for Insurance Advisors

Introduction

When I embarked on this project, one thing guided me: to clarify within myself why and how the insurance market operates. I have experienced a lot, had to overcome many challenges, and wanted to see clearly what and why I should do at any given moment.

I noticed that words were flowing out of me, chapter after chapter, and I put on paper my experiences and challenges provided by the profession. And barely two months passed, the backbone of my book was practically complete. Of course, clarification, proofreading, and editing were still ahead, but I was making progress.

I thought that such a summary could help others. I remember how much Frank Bettger’s book meant to me when I started out. Or the thoughts written by Sandro Forte regarding insurance.

Gattyán György, one of the wealthiest individuals in Hungary, expressed the following on Friderikusz Sándor’s show: “I learned a lot from the insurance profession. I believe that if someone wants to sell anything in the world, they should work as an insurance agent for a few years, as you can learn a lot from it.”

If I can inspire new thoughts in others as well, then this writing has achieved its goal. If you are holding this volume in your hands, you are not average. You want something, you are seeking constructive thoughts, and you are developing yourself. I can only hope that I can contribute a bit to your progress.

I primarily wrote this for insurance advisors, but it can help any salesperson with a thought or two. Indeed, anyone who wants to build themselves up.

So, with love, I send this to you, dear reader, who chose this challenging profession. May the instinct for survival be with you, seize the day, and draw strength from these lines!
