I am Tamás Salamon. For many years, I taught at a high school. I faced the biggest
mischief-makers in the world, and communicating with them was a serious challenge.

I taught history and German. Life changed, and I joined a major insurance company
as an insurance agent. At the end of the first year (2013), I became the second-best
agent in the whole country. A year later, I became the champion of the insurance
company, and by 2017, when I became an independent insurance broker, I had
retained that title.

I’ve been in sales for 11 years now, with countless experiences. But somehow, the
insurance profession never provided the real joy needed to create something
significant.

And then, I came across a company that radically changed my life. I felt a renewed
sense of momentum and began to love what I was doing. Meanwhile, I started
leading many people.
